In 1998, after 30 years of home building, land development & new home sales, Rick Halcomb along with his son Trent, soon to graduate from Middle Tennessee State University , formed Halcomb Homes, LLC. In the early years only building five to ten homes per year, our family now constructs 20 to 25 new homes per year while developing building sites for other builders as well. Dedicated to customer service, vendors & our sub-contractors, our goal is to produce homes of enduring appeal using uncompromising standards that will assure long lasting home value for many years to come.
